3. Unauthorized use of the Materials is strictly prohibited and is a violation of the rights of WBP and/or third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity.
4. The Trademarks displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of WBP. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, or any license or right to use any other trademark owned by any other third party. In the event that you misuse any Trademark in violation of these Terms and Conditions, WBP will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

In general, we gather certain usage information like the numbers of unique visitors and numbers of times areas are visited, very much like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program. We only use such data in the aggregate. This aggregate data helps us determine how many of our visitors use parts of the site, so we can improve our site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible. We do not collect personally identifiable information from a casual visitor. We also may provide statistical "ratings" information, never information about you personally. We do this so others can understand how much people use areas on our site.
We may specifically ask for information about you when you sign up for a drawing or when you order a product, etc. We will need certain information -- such as name, billing address, credit card number -- in order to provide that service or product to you. We, or others, may also use that information to let you know of additional products and services about which you might be interested. Your credit card information will NEVER be given to a third party.
